Day 1 - Thursday

  • 1 PM - 2 PM Lunch
  • 2 PM - 5 PM Free Time (One-on-Ones, Spa Treatments, Chill by the Pool, etc.)
  • 5 PM - 7 PM Drinks and Evening Group Circle
  • 7 PM - 9 PM Dinner

Day 3 – Saturday

  • Early Morning Yoga Session
  • 7 AM - 9 AM Breakfast
  • 9 AM - 1 PM Group Workshops
  • 1 PM - 2 PM Lunch
  • 2 PM - 5 PM Free Time (One-on-Ones, Spa Treatments, Chill by the Pool, etc.)
  • 5 PM - 9 PM Sunset Cruise Followed by Dinner at the Resort

Day 4 – Sunday (Last day)
